I am reading Claering the Liver of anger. This 80oz of Apple juice solution is this a fast for the day? If I drink it at night how much do I drink? I’m being treated for liver congestion now but the emotions of irritation are spilling into my job. Will this help me go faster? Oh, I am not familiar with “chili” what kind, what size? Seeds and all? Can you write back ? I think I would like to try this.
Hi Alexi – guess you have not full read the recipe for the liver flush!! It clear states 8oz apple juice – no fasting. First thing in the morning and a daily routine! If you drink at night it will be the same quantity as the morning and ABSOLUTELY NOT after a meal! Make sure your stomach is completely empty otherwise you are wasting your time. The other thing to aid with liver congestion is to help the gallbladder – apple cider vinegar with the ‘mother’ ie cloudy and you can see the bacteria at the bottom of the bottle. Take 1 teaspoon in a little warm water before each meal. This stimulates the gallbladder to release bile which in turn helps the liver to clear. Chilli – a single small hot one will do – seeds and all! lastly what treatment are you being given for liver congestion? Let me know. with love, Jane
Hello Jane,
My name is Isaac, and I’m suffering with eczema. I know my eczema is related to anger, frustration. When I was a child I always felt like a failure, I felt that my parents never gave me credit, they never cheered my acomplishments.
And there is more, my father would crush my self-esteem violently on a physical, mental and emotional level. Since I could’t retaliate, I closed myself and would not express my emotions(mainly anger).
So this pattern emerged on my professional life, I get really angry with bosses for their abuses, for not seeing my efforts and I accumulate this emotions within me.
I started doing some anger release work by myself using Osho’s Dynamic meditation, but I’m getting worse 😦
I’m from Portugal, do you know anyone who can help me? What kind of therapy did you applied to those girls on your blog post?
Thank you,
Isaac Rocha
Hi Isaac – not only is syour eczema related to anger – but it will now be related to the toxins in your body which will find the quickest exit for release – your skin. I would initially suggest that you start working on the other organs of detoxification as well – your liver, your bowel, your kidneys. If you would like me to forward to your email the formulae for these 3 areas – please let me know. Also be sure to check your environment for excessive toxins. The other thing that I feel with your anger at your bosses; the put downs from your father etc that your gallbladder is very much involved here – this is the organ of bitterness, resentment and rage – quick to anger but quick to come back down again. There is a recipe for a liver flush on the site which will help both liver and gallbladder. Address your diet and keep it as simple and clean as possible. You live in Portugal – home of amazing fish and vegetables. Make this your diet along with the olive oil and avoid all processed foods. You will need to buy yourself an enema kit and undertake this a couple of times a week to get that bowel clean. Also taking some green superfoods such as chlorophyll will begin to clean your blood quickly. Let me know how else I can help or guide. With love, Jane
Hello Jane,
Thank you for your quick response. Yes you are correct, right now I’m doing a juice fast with lymph fitotherapy.(Similar with Dr.Morse protocol) to detox. (I am going to add Clorophyl to the fast (Chlorella and Green Juices).
This last year I have been doing liver and kidney cleanses following Andreas Moritz’s book, last year I’ve done 6/7 liver cleanses, 2 Kidney cleanses and some bowel cleanses also.
What do you think? Any suggestions?
I would love to check that formulae for the 3 areas! 🙂
Gratefull,
Isaac
Hi Isaac – before any further suggestions – may I ask what formula you use for bowel cleansing and kidney cleansing please? Also if you take showers – what is your water – is it filtered or tap water? xx
Hey Jane,
The bowel cleansing was done in a clinic(altough I’ve made some enemas by myself) – Colon Hidrotherapy.
The kidney cleanse was done by drinking a infusion of the following herbs: Marjoram, Cat’s claw, Comfrey root, Fennel seed, Chicory herb, Uva ursi, Hydrangea root, Gravel root, Marshmallow root, Golden rod herb.
I take showers using Tap water, on the public water analysis it states a range of <0,20 to 0,55(Lq) of "Free chlorine".
